This is a picture of me, my sisters (Erin and Hayley) and my Dad on Christmas. This was the hardest Christmas ever because it was the first Christmas without my mom. She died in October after a 11 year battle with breast cancer. We will all continue to have smiles on our faces because we know that is what Mom would have wanted. We still have each other and we will continue to be a close family no matter what! Being an EMT I have seen death before but nothing could have prepared me for losing my mom. It made me realize even more how pressious life is and the diffrence between life and death is one breath.
